Mark completed an Associate Diploma in Rural Business Administration at Glenormiston University. He began his career at Vivco Iama in Penola and Keith, before moving to Sydney to work with CALM, now known as AuctionsPlus. Mark later relocated to Hamilton to join Lanyons Real Estate and Stock Agents, and two years later, he transitioned to Elders, working across various locations including Lucindale, Pinnaroo, and Wilcannia. In 2003, Mark returned to TDC, initially focusing on livestock sales before obtaining his Real Estate licence. Following Ron Thomas's retirement, Mark assumed the role of Real Estate Manager. He holds both Victorian and South Australian Land Agents Licences and an Auctioneers Licence. Additionally, Mark completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) in 2013 and holds a Diploma in Management, a Certificate in Business Broking, and a Certificate in Water Broking.
